
Studio Policies
1. STRICTLY NO OUTDOOR AND DIRTY SHOES INSIDE THE STUDIO
Our floor is beige and VERY delicate. We ask that you clean any shoes being used for the photoshoot and project. Please wear socks as the floor can get very cold.
2. DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE AND BIG DECOR
Pushing or dragging furniture across the floor ruins both the floor and the furniture. All furniture and large decorations must be moved by two or more people.
3. PLEASE CLEAN UP SPILLS IMMEDIATELY
To protect and preserve the longevity of the space, please clean up any spills promptly.
4. NO LOUD MUSIC
The building is not soundproofed. Please be mindful of other tenants in the building.
5. NO ALCOHOL, VAPES, SMOKE BOMBS, FOG/HAZE MACHINES, INCENSE, OPEN FIRE, CANDLES, GLITTER, AND CONFETTI
The space is not well ventilated, and smells can leak into the hallway. Please refrain from using any of these items during your stay.
6. YOUR RESERVATION STARTS AND ENDS AT THE BOOKED TIME
Rental time begins promptly at the specified starting time and ends promptly at the specified ending time, regardless of any delays by the renter or their party.
Please note that you cannot enter the studio until your reserved time begins. Please allow sufficient time for setup and cleanup to avoid incurring overtime fees.
7. THERE IS AN OVERTIME FEE
If you need to extend your booking time, please notify us via text message ASAP. Otherwise, a late fee of $15 PER 5 MINUTES will be applied.
If we need to assist with cleaning and organizing the studio for the next reservation, a wrap-up fee and overtime fee will be charged.
8. PLEASE PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN THE ORIGINAL SPOT
You are welcome to move any furniture and decor during your shoot, but please ensure that everything is returned to its original position. Please handle the studio items with care.
9. CLEAN UP
Please allocate time for both setup and cleanup. We provide hand sanitizer, all-purpose cleaner spray, paper towels, a broom, and a dustpan for your convenience. Feel free to use these supplies as needed.
10. PUT ALL TRASH AND RECYCLING IN THE APPROPRIATE BINS
If you have a significant amount of trash and recycling materials, please dispose of them in the designated bins located outside the studio.
11. NO FOOD OR LIQUIDS ON THE BED AND SOFA
We recommend that you bring your own bedding if needed. The mattress size is queen. Please use a coaster for your drinks to prevent any spills or stains.
12. NO BODY OILS & PERFUME/COLOGNE
Body oils can cause stains that are difficult to remove from the walls and furniture. Please refrain from using the bed if you are wearing perfume, as the scent may linger for an extended period of time.
13. BEFORE YOU EXIT THE STUDIO
Please ensure that all lights are turned off and the door is locked before leaving.
14. SECURITY CAMERAS
Cameras are installed throughout the studio's common areas, excluding the dressing room. These cameras aid in securing the premises and documenting any instances of damage, theft, late departures, or violations of studio policies.
15. NO WAGONS, CARTS, STROLLERS OR ANY HEAVY EQUIPMENTS FRESHLY ROLLED FROM OUTSIDE BEYOND THE DOOR FLOOR MAT
Unfortunately, they leave scuff marks and require manual scrubbing. If we find scuff marks after your session there will be a $50 cleaning fee.
